Better Building Systems has adopted the ISO 9000 Quality Management Format.  The implementation of our program begins with the selection and orientation of a new member to the Better Building Systems team then continued throughout the culture of our company. 

As part of the orientation process, new employees are provided with a safety and procedural manual.  Each new employee receives and oral orientation of the material and continued mentoring.  Expectations are clearly outlined and procedures are in place.  Throughout each of their careers with Better Building Systems they are evaluated based on their ability to meet the high standards that our clients demand.
