The gross site square footage of this project was 42,750 sf with 15,000 sf of building.
Scope of work on this project involved the complete demolition of existing interior walls, ceiling, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, exterior landscape and parking lot. The existing shell and associated parking were transformed into a new community center with full kitchen recreation areas medical treatment rooms, meetings hall and offices.
The Project Director on this project was Travis Cubley and the Project Manager was Todd Gibson.
