The Palms Center Bar

- This was a renovation project.
- Scope of work on this project involved: demolition of existing main entry to casino and the center bar. The main entry was reconstructed to expand its size and new center bar constructed with raised floor and light features.

SKYWALK at Grand Canyon West
Grand Canyon West Skywalk Restaurant and Visitors Center
- Located on the west rim of the Grand Canyon on the Hualapai Indian Reservation.
- The gross square footage of this project is 29,254 sf.
- This was a structural modificaion and grey shell build-out project.
- Scope of work on this project involved: the reconstruction of the building envelope, development and construction of site and building utilities, installation of vertical transportation, structural modification, complete build-out of basement level (BOH), second level visitors center, retail space and snack bar, third level new kitchen and restaurant, fourth floor level roof and viewing deck.
- The Project Director on this project was Bill Shoning and the Project Manager was Billy Shoning.
THE CENTER (LGBTQ)

- The gross site square footage of this project was 42,750 sf with 15,000 sf of building.
- Scope of work on this project involved the complete demolition of existing interior walls, ceiling, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, exterior landscape and parking lot. The existing shell and associated parking were transformed into a new community center with full kitchen recreation areas medical treatment rooms, meetings hall and offices.
